  • When will my order be shipped?
    Placed orders are usually shipped in 1-2 business days. A shipping confirmation email with shipping details and a tracking number is sent as soon your order is handed over. In case of any inconvenience you should recieve an email concerning your order. Once the shipping confirmation email is sent, the delivery time may then depend on the cargo carrier. Please check the conditions of the package before accepting delivery; if damaged, you should reject delivery immediately before accepting the package as stated in the Sales Policy.   • How can I apply for a change or refund?
    You can return a product you bought from Baykind Online Shop by sending us the product with packaging complete and unharmed with selected shipping company* counter paid within 14 days from the date of invoice. The return accept process of the products is made within 10 working days. In case of any user related damage to the product or packaging, return or change is not possible.   • When will the refund/cancellation of the product be refunded?
    The condition of the product is checked for compliance with the return conditions and the return process is initiated. Once the return is approved, the product charge will be returned to your credit card within 10 business days of the legal period. This period begins when the returned product is approved for refund by Baykind. When your refund request is confirmed and the product amount is returned to your credit card, you will be notified via e-mail. It is determined by the bank to take the amount into account after the refund is made. You can request information from your bank.
  • What is the status of my order?
    Once the shipping confirmation email is sent with the tracking number, you may check the status of your delivery via the cargo carrier system.
  • Can I have my online purchase delivered in gift wrapping?
    Your purchase will be delivered in Baykind gift wrapping if you indicate so in the "Gift Request/Instruction Note" on cart page.
