RETURN POLICY
You can return a product you bought from Baykind Online Shop by sending us the product with packaging complete and unharmed with selected shipping company* counter paid within 14 days from the date of invoice. The return accept process of the products is made within 10 working days. In case of any user related damage to the product or packaging, return or change is not possible.

The condition of the product is checked for compliance with the return conditions and the return process is initiated. Once the return is approved, the product charge will be returned to your credit card within 10 business days of the legal period. This period begins when the returned product is approved for refund by Baykind. When your refund request is confirmed and the product amount is returned to your credit card, you will be notified via e-mail. It is determined by the bank to take the amount into account after the refund is made. You can request further information from your bank.
